IAOP GLOBAL OUTSOURCING 100

Océ Business Services was named a top-ranked Leader in the prestigious International Association of Outsourcing Professionals’ (IAOP) 2009 Global Outsourcing 100 list for the third straight year. 2008 BLACK BOOK TOP DPO VENDOR

Océ Business Services has been ranked the No.1 document process outsourcing (DPO) vendor for the second straight year and named to the prestigious "50 Best Managed Global Outsourcing Vendors" list by the 2008 Black Book of Outsourcing annual user survey. Océ Business Services was ranked No. 1 on a list of 20 top global DPO vendors. Rankings are based strictly on responses from client surveys. According to Scott Wilson, Partner, Brown-Wilson Group and co-author of The Black Book of Outsourcing, "Océ ranked among the top suppliers due to its continuous focus on customer satisfaction in document management services."

2009 Black Book “Green 50” Ranking

Océ Business Services has been ranked as a top 50 outsourcing service provider for environmental stewardship for the third straight year according to the Black Book of Outsourcing 2009 Green Outsourcing Survey. Océ’s official ranking is 17. The annual Green Outsourcing Survey is the industry’s only independent ranking of the most environmentally-friendly outsourcing service providers. “Océ Business Services is one of the leading document process outsourcing vendors that was recognized for its commitment to the environment and dedication to achieving social goals,” said Scott Wilson, partner, Brown-Wilson Group and co-author, The Black Book of Outsourcing.p>

SOCHA-GELBMANN TOP PROVIDER

The Records, Compliance and Legal Solutions (RCLS) division of Océ Business Services has been named by the 2008 Socha-Gelbmann Electronic Discovery Survey as a top-ten eDiscovery provider based on production; a top-twenty provider based on experience; and a top-twenty provider based on capacity. The 2008 Socha-Gelbmann Survey rankings are based on a detailed evaluation of over 300 qualitative and quantitative factors. Its high rankings underscore the RCLS division’s status as a leading provider in a dynamic and growing market.p>

MARCOM CREATIVE AWARDS

Océ Business Services received eight 2006 MarCom® Creative Awards, an international competition that recognizes outstanding achievement by marketing and communications professionals. Océ Business Services received three Platinum Awards, four Gold Awards and one Honorable Mention for its successful integrated marketing campaign. Four advertisements in the campaign, two corporate brochures, a corporate product and services brochure and internet micro site received awards. Other distinguished winners include American Express, FedEx, and IBM. The international competition attracts over 5,000 entries.p>

SUMMIT AWARDS

Océ Business Services received three 2007 Summit® Creative Awards, an international competition that honors outstanding work by marketing and communications professionals. The Summit International Awards has established itself as one of the premier arbiters of communication excellence. Companies from more than 50 countries in five continents participate annually. Océ Business Services received Bronze Awards for three brochures in its integrated marketing campaign. The brochures feature the company's products and services; eDiscovery and litigation support expertise; and records management capabilities. According to Summit, the awards recognize creative accomplishments that "go beyond the expected" and demonstrate excellence based on the strength of their ideas, quality of execution, and ability to communicate and persuade.

HERMES AWARDS

Océ Business Services received ten Hermes® Awards in 2007: four Platinum, four Gold and two Honorable Mentions. The Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition for marketing and communication professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of traditional programs, materials and emerging technologies. Océ Business Services received four Platinum Awards for its overall brand campaign, leadership campaign brochure, corporate "Pinnacle" advertisement, and trade show booth. Gold Awards were received for its imaging and "Meteora" corporate advertisements, as well as its corporate capabilities brochure and internet micro site. The corporate products and services brochure and records management advertisement received Honorable Mentions. Other winners include Toyota and MasterCard.

COMMUNICATOR AWARDS

Océ Business Services received four Communicator Awards in 2007. The Communicator Awards is an international awards competition with a 13-year history that honors outstanding work in the communications field. A Certificate of Distinction was awarded for its records management brochure. The Award of Distinction is presented for projects that exceed industry standards in quality and excellence. Three Honorable Mentions were received for its corporate capabilities brochure, corporate products and services brochure, and eDiscovery and Litigation Support division brochure.

SUMMIT EMERGING MEDIA AWARD

Summit® Emerging Media Awards recognized Oce Business Services in two areas, as a 2007 Innovator and 2007 Leader. Summit EMA is an international competition that honors those "setting the pace for the future of interactive media". The Innovator Award was granted for the new web site, www.obs-innovation.com, and the Leader Award for its imaging and eDiscovery web banners.

SUMMIT MARKETING EFFECTIVENESS AWARD

The Summit Marketing Effectiveness Awards (MEA) competition judges marketing communications based on the premise that their goal is to change, influence, or reinforce the target audience's knowledge, attitudes and beliefs. Our products and services brochure won a 2008 MEA award, as did our web site, www.obs-innovation.com. Our corporate capabilities brochure and our fleet management brochure were recognized as finalists in the 2008 competition.

VFI EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR AWARD

Océ Business Services was named "Employer of the Year" by Vocational Foundation, Inc. (VFI) in 2006. Océ was honored with the award at the foundation's graduation ceremonies in New York after hiring 40 VFI graduates in the past year. New York City-based VFI provides vocational and literacy training to young adults from the tri-state area who were unable to complete high school and so do not have a high school diploma, GED or other equivalent educational degree.
