Paper sizes

  • A4
  • Tabs: flush cut (only possible when the printer supports tabs)

Paper weights

  • 80 - 200 g/m2 for tabs, inserts and title sheets
  • 80 - 120 g/m2 for all other types

  • Standard (card back and transparant front)
    • Embossed Series: white, black, dark blue, graphire, blue, grey, burgundy, dark green

Cover sizes

Using 80 g/m2 paper:

  • 1.5 mm: 1- 13 sheets
  • 3 mm: 14 - 28 sheets
  • 6 mm: 29 - 55 sheets
  • 9 mm: 56 - 84 sheets
  • 13 mm: 85 - 120 sheets

Cover trays

  • 2 cover trays, each containing 1 cover cassette with 150 covers (total 300 covers)
  • Loading while running
  • Automatic tray selection and switching (with thickness control enabled)
  • Tray refill and cover spine width change notification

Binding is performed at 100% of rated printer speed when 5 sheets or more are bound

Binding time

Approximately 2 minutes from set entering the binder until available in output tray

Jogging / alignment

At 3 locations in the binder:

  • Sheets are short edge jogged in the set collating device
  • Sets are short edge jogged before they are placed inside the cover
  • Complete document is jogged from three sides during binding
